Refund policy

At TFG Customs, many of our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer.

Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the nature of custom products, all custom and personalized sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Custom apparel
  • Personalized items
  • Custom shoes
  • Custom hats
  • Event merchandise
  • Special-order products

Non-Custom Items

If a non-custom item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request assistance, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the item

Incorrect Orders

If TFG Customs made an error with your order, we will work with you to correct the issue at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.

Once production starts, custom orders cannot be canceled.
